Translating Lunar’s product into a tangible and fun visual took a lot experimentation in metaphor and rethinking its brand identity paradigm.
For the website we sought to improve the conversion rate from ‘How It Works’ to the ‘Shop’. The previous design had problems with explaining the product to users. With the redesign I made sure the process was broken down first. The user had a better idea of the features behind the product, breaking its major points down as they scrolled. The redesign ended up improving the conversion rate and we saw a boost in phone sales.
