Nestled in the heart of Zwolle, Pillows Hotel is a charming retreat that promises a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility that sets the tone for a truly memorable stay.
Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, instantly making us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient while having a delicious cup of tea in front of the fireplace, allowing us to quickly settle into our cozy room.

Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The tasteful decor created an ambiance of understated elegance, while the plush bedding and gentle lighting beckoned us to unwind and let go of the day’s stresses. But what truly made our stay extra special was the thoughtful placement of our room – right across from the sauna.

Do you feel there is insufficient inspiration for that target audience on Instagram?
For me, indulging in a half-hour of “me-time” in the sauna became a cherished ritual. It was the ideal way to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring Zwolle. Stepping into the sauna, enveloped in its comforting warmth, I felt all my worries melt away. It was a blissful escape from the outside world, allowing me to fully recharge and relax.
The beauty of AndBloom is that you give others a platform. Was that always the goal?
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s culinary offerings at the Coperto Restobar. The on-site restaurant served up a delectable array of dishes, each bursting with flavor and expertly prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Whether indulging in a leisurely breakfast or savoring a romantic dinner for two, every meal was a culinary delight that left us eager for more.

“That is also my mission. My primary target audience is 35 to 45, then 45 to 55. I’m really happy that even women aged 35 see my content. They might have reservations about turning 40 and find that new phase of life intimidating. No stress; life is still great after 40! You might get a few wrinkles along the way, haha.”My experience has taught me that you feel better as you age. You become less and less guided by insecurities. That self-confidence and inner peace are truly valuable.”

Does your clothing style match your interior style?
It’s funny because I have a very white, peaceful living room, and in another room, I have pink walls. That’s exactly how my clothing style is as well. Sometimes I dress very basic in jeans and a white t-shirt, and sometimes I go for vibrant colors with flowy dresses.”
