Returns and exchanges are possible, but we encourage thoughtful shopping to help reduce unnecessary shipments and environmental impact.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable import duties or customs fees.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.

If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to provide advice.

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us: Email shop@andbloom.com with your order number and return request.
  2. Include a note: Place a note in your parcel with your name and order number.
  3. Ship the item: Send your package back via your local postal service or a courier of your choice.

Important Notes

  • Costs: All return costs are paid by the customer.
  • Import taxes: For returns from outside the EU, any import costs will be deducted from your refund. If the import fees are higher than the product value, we reserve the right to refuse the package and return it to the sender.
  • Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at shop@andbloom.com. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to availability.
