Have you ever noticed that you automatically feel more positive when you have positive thoughts? maybe not right away, but the more you positively look at life, the more favorable it becomes.
The words we speak to ourselves matter, and our minds tend to believe whatever we repeatedly tell them. positive or negative, our self-talk shapes our thoughts, actions, and lives.
In front of a mirror – Say them to your beautiful face. Look in your eyes, take a deep breath, and tell yourself how wonderful you are. It’s a great way to connect with your inner self.
Write them – In addition to saying them aloud, you can write them in a journal.

We also have subconscious beliefs that can limit us and/or lead to self-sabotaging behaviors. Some of these are from our self-talk, and others are from past criticisms or failures. Most of the time, we don’t know that these subconscious beliefs affect our everyday lives.

Higher energy emotions include joy, love, openness, happiness, amusement, excitement, etc. At the same time, low-vibration emotions have sadness, grief, anger, fear, frustration, confusion, etc. You can feel the difference just by reading both energies, which is why you want to raise your higher energy: to feel happier and lighter.
Another reason you would want to raise your energy is to attract positive situations, experiences, and people. Remember the Law of Attraction?
If you think about what you want to attract into your life, I’m sure it’s positive energy things that bring you joy and pleasure.
So here is what I do to keep my energy high.
Two favorite ways to do my affirmations are:

AFFIRMATIONS
The most important and, therefore, number 1 affirmation on my list is:
I AM BEAUTIFUL
Western Society tries to tell us what the “ideal” image is. The most important thing to do is, ignore society. Don’t allow anyone else to tell you that you are anything but beautiful. Make sure you remind yourself every day just how beautiful you are. You are beautiful, your body is gorgeous, and your soul is lovely.
My second favorite affirmation is:
I AM LOVED
Often, we find ourselves feeling unloved. Although we feel this way, it’s not true. There are plenty of people who love us. Always remember, even on your darkest days, that there is someone who loves you and there is someone who wants nothing but happiness for you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

It can be challenging, but try to “catch” your negative thoughts and turn them into positive thoughts. Those creeps crawl into your head unsolicited, and the consequences are dramatic. If you become aware of those automatic thoughts (often more negative than positive), you can turn them into beautiful thoughts.
And after repeatedly saying my first two favorite affirmations, I continue with the rest of my list. Some days I do a few, other days, I do a more, depending on my mood.I am at peace with where I am.
HIMALAYAN SALT LAMP
I am at peace with where I am.
I choose to be happy.
I surrender to the beautiful unfolding of life.
I am not selfish by making myself a priority.
I respect and honor my boundaries.
I deserve all that is good.
I radiate self-confidence and courage.
I am worthy.
I forgive myself for past mistakes.
I am grateful for my health.
I attract positive people into my life.

Bring nature into your home if you can’t find the time to spend in nature. Houseplants raise the energy around you, and as a bonus, they clean the air, too. Houseplants are always a good idea.
