AndBloom BV is a boutique webshop dedicated to women aged 40 and over. We curate a premium selection of fashion, accessories, beauty products, jewellery, eyewear, and books. Our collections include dresses, coats, trousers, T-shirts, sunglasses, bags, earrings, necklaces, lipsticks, and inspirational workbooks.
Many items are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out. We ship worldwide from the Netherlands and maintain transparent policies that reflect our premium brand identity.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.andbloom.com.
Product Information and Liability
Books
Books are published by AndBloom Publishing.
The Guide and other titles are written by Denise Boomkens, founder and owner of AndBloom.
Book content is intended for inspiration and self-reflection only.
Books are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
AndBloom accepts no liability for actions or decisions based on interpretation of book content.
Cosmetics and Beauty Products
All products comply with EU and international cosmetic regulations.
Ingredients may change without prior notice. Customers must check packaging before use.
AndBloom is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or misuse.
Always use products according to the instructions provided.
Fashion and Accessories
All fashion and accessories are quality-checked and shipped in original condition.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen or lighting differences.
Jewellery is not hypoallergenic unless explicitly stated.
To maintain quality, avoid exposure to water, perfume, or cosmetics.
Warranty and Quality
All items are quality checked before shipment. If defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Solutions may include replacement (if available) or refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in such cases. A statutory 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects applies within the EU. Damage from misuse, accidents, wear & tear, or poor maintenance is not covered. Eyewear and jewellery defects under normal use may be repaired or replaced where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU consumer law.
Conditions: unused, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and labels intact.
Non-returnable items: sale products, opened cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, personalised items, and used beauty products.
Books may only be returned if brand new, unread, and undamaged.
Exchanges are not possible; place a new order once your return has been processed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Information
Orders usually ship within 5 working days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Netherlands: 2–3 working days:
EU: 3–7 working days
Non-EU: 5–10 working days
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
We use trusted couriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout; free shipping may apply above a certain order value.
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times are indicative; delays by couriers or customs are outside our control. Customers will be notified in case of known delays.
Limited Editions & Stock
Many AndBloom items are limited edition or seasonal collections.
Once sold out, they will generally not be restocked.
Only select products (such as The Guide or eyewear collections) may return in stock.
For sizing, fit, or availability advice, please contact customer service.
Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure providers (varies per region).
Prices are shown in local currency where available, including VAT where applicable.
Any additional customs duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Overmacht (Force Majeure): AndBloom is not responsible for delays or failure of delivery due to unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Product Range: We may withdraw products, adjust prices, or update these terms at any time without notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Yes. You may return products within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Exceptions include opened cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, personalised items, and books that are no longer new.
Yes, Name the Label ships worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on location, and international customers can expect reliable service and delivery options.
Orders are shipped within 5 working days. Delivery takes 2–3 working days in the Netherlands, 3–7 working days in the EU, and 5–10 working days outside the EU. You will always receive a track & trace.
Many collections are limited edition. Once sold out, they are usually not restocked. Only select items, such as The Guideor eyewear, may be available again.
