Currencies & Pricing
We display and charge in your local currency where available (e.g., EUR, GBP, USD).
If your account is in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees or rates.
Bank or transfer fees are non-refundable.
When You’re Charged
Cards, Wallets & PayPal: your bank may place an authorization hold at checkout. We capture funds only when we ship your order.
Pre-orders: some items (e.g., limited editions) may be charged at order placement to reserve stock. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page and at checkout.
Buy Now, Pay Later: billing and installments are managed directly by the BNPL provider (e.g., Klarna).

Troubleshooting Payments
Declined transactions: try another method, ensure billing details match, or contact your bank.
Duplicate authorizations: some banks show multiple pending lines; duplicates will automatically disappear when authorization is finalized.
BNPL support: check Klarna or Shop Pay Installments apps/emails for billing details.
Taxes & Duties
VAT/sales tax: displayed at checkout.
Cross-border duties: may be shown at checkout or collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on local rules.
