Use a soft tape measure and stand naturally, don't pull it tight. A friend can help.

Length. Measured from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Inseam. Measured along the inner leg, from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg.

Sleeve. Measured from the shoulder seam along the outside of the arm to the wrist.

Waist. From your back to the front around the narrowest part of your stomach, usually just above your belly button.

Hip. Around your natural waistline from your back to the front, where your body bends to the side.

Bust. Around the fullest part of your chest.
